HONEY

A very good cure for hangovers is honey as it contains potassium and fructose which helps to reduce the hangover symptoms.

Method:

A. Have two to three spoons of honey at one hour intervals or you can also mix two teaspoons of honey with water and drink several times or you can also spread honey over a slice of bread and eat it.

 

TOMATOES

Another effective way to control the hangover. This vegetable contains fructose, vitamins, enzymes and minerals which helps to overcome the after effects of drinking.

Method:

A. Make fresh tomato juice or soup and add fresh one tablespoon of lemon juice and honey along with some pepper.

B. Drink this soup or juice in the morning and afternoon.

 

GINGER TEA

Drinking ginger tea can help to reduce nausea,vomiting and stabilizes blood glucose level.

Method:

A. Boil 10-12 roots of ginger in about four cups of water and add one orange juice or half cup of honey.
